Geocache Description:

A series of 6 caches to wander round the little trodden paths of Redbrow Woods, an ancient woodland near Romiley

Access from Compstall or Romiley through to Marple or Romiley via the Peak Forest Canal. On the route of The Midshires Way and Etherow Goyt Valley Way.

Muddy and steep in parts so good shoes or wellies a must for the woods, take care taking small children as some drops can be steep. Also watch out for the brambles & nettles in the summer months.

This cache can be accessed easily from the road, the decision is whether to take the path on the left or the right...?  (if wanting to do series backwards) Warning: one path is 'interesting'!! & long trousers are advisable!l! (and a big stick)

Cache is a small clip-lock box with log, pencil and small swappables.
