You are searching for a camo'ed preform bottle with a log and pencil. This area is a parking spot for an entrance to Bartlesville's Pathfinder Parkway. Parking is within feet of the cache. In the summer, you will find help from below. But in the winter, not necessarily so. Good luck, and happy hunting. **7/5/19- I've added a $2 bill prize to get this cache fired up again**
This cache was placed as the final of a multi for a birthday party for my 11 year old son Noah who is my caching buddy. Noah, 5 of his friends, my wife, my daughter and I spent 2 hours hiking around the pathfinder finding 11 temporary caches that led to this final cache which became a permanent one. We began the party at our house with a geocake that looked like a tree trunk that also had a GPSr that showed coordinates to the first stage. Each one had a puzzle or QR code that led to the next stage. One QR code even linked to a youtube video of my daughter giving the hint to the next cache! My favorite stage was a hollowed out tree trunk that had a camo'ed container and a coiled up rubber snake inside at the base. One kid poked it with a stick and thought it was real. No one would reach their hand in. So of course I reached in, grabbed the snake, and screamed as I threw it into the crowd! Most of his friends did not know anything about geocaching and had a great time enjoying our hobby. I think I had the most fun as I took about 5 trips scouting and placing caches. Best of all, Noah said it was his best birthday ever. The final cache will be a constant reminder of the joy we experienced together and with his friends. We look forward to cachers making finds and leaving logs. If it puts a smile on your face, leave a favorite, so we can get out of towners to come to Bartlesville. PLEASE NO SWAG IN CONTAINER. IT WILL JAM IT. ALSO DO NOT USE LOCAL TOOLS TO GET CACHE. IT WILL MESS UP THE CACHE.
