Geocache Description:

A Scout is thrifty.
    A Scout works to pay his way and to help others.  He saves for the future.  He protects and conserves natural resources.  He is careful in his use of time and property. 

This geocache is one of a series that will lead you to a geocache named The Scout Law.

The container is a camo'd tube containing a log and a letter-number code to help you find The Scout Law.  Bring a pen.  There is a $ 2 for FTF.

This is a high muggle area!  Use a lot of caution and ultra-stealth-speed and you'll never be noticed. 

In your log, please tell us why you think that we chose this spot for this geocache (you might need to look around a little bit).  It's ok to post your answer in the log and upload a picture as well!
