Geocache Description:

Trash is not just at posted coordinates.

9am to 10:00am or until we're tired enough

The whole little park area could use some trash pickup, but the southwest corner of the pond could really use help.

Trash magnet at edge of pond



As noted in a recent log, this little park, with a cache in it, could use some cleanup. The resident ducks would appreciate it. So let's do it. Many hands, light work... all that.

Much of the area is flat, but the worst location is down an incline to the edge of the pond. There's plenty to pickup in flat locations, and we can use a "bucket brigade" or relay, to carry bags of trash, along an easily walked route to vehicles.

We'll bring trash bags, ice chest with water, a few work gloves, and an old SUV.

Other people and things needed:

Agile person(s) to go down the hill to the water
Extendable ladder or something to make this easier (?)
Trash grabber tools
Pickup truck(s) to haul trash (and with access to county or city drop-off locations)
Boots, waterproof boots, waders
Work gloves
Bug repellant, sun screen, hats etc...
