Geocache Description:

Klondike Trail

During the late 1800's and the early 1900's, Barrhead played an important role in the settlement of north-western Alberta. Highway 33, known as the Grizzly Trail, follows the original Klondike Trail, which was the shortest route to the Yukon during the Gold Rush years.

The cache is a regular size camo'd container that contains tradeable items, a FTF item and logbook with pencil. This would be a great location to drop off or pick upTb's as it is near a major route. There is parking near the GZ on the East side of the road but please be careful crossing the road.  And please remember if you take something from a cache please leave something in the cache. Happy Caching!
