When I stand here it brings back lots of different memories.
I can remember when the only road through here ran right between these grain
elevators.
And when I was here during harvest time my grandad always wanted to be the first one to get his first load of wheat in.
And the only building here was at the elevators for the farmers.
I remember when they put in the new road thinking it would make the traffic flow better at harvest because it would be easier for the farmers trucks to come and go.
I remember when the store was put up thinking the farmers will like this, it will make a nice place to get drinks and such while waiting to dump the wheat.
