After walking the trails of this State Park many times, we realized that there are so many trails that we didn't even know about! There are trails for hiking, dog walking & even horseback riding!! There is plenty of wildlife to view and insects to swat at (or run from) here. This cache should be fairly easy to find on a nice family walk with the dog and the kids, no terrible battles with poison ivy and such. I have obtained a permit from Darien Lake State Park for the placement and maintenance of this geocache and it has a permit # DL-17 sticker on the bottom of the cache container. Please do not remove the sticker. Make sure to bring a pen and some cold water for the hike.
