Nachdem wir (Mieze und ich) auf Koh Samui nahezu alle Caches absolviert haben und auch viele touristische Orte besucht hatten, zog es uns ins "Inland" der Insel. Was wir hier erlebten ist ein anderes Samui. Der Trubel von Nathon war im Nu vergessen, als wir dem Schild "ZONG RAUE WATERFALL" folgten. Die hier lebenden Menschen schienen anders zu sein. Wir wurden angesprochen, wo wir denn hin wollen, bekamen Wegweisungen und führten interessante Gespräche, die über Land und Leute aufklärten.
Das Ziel der Tour ist der Zong Raue Wasserfall. Uns war er bis heute unbekannt. Auch wenn er z.Z. nicht viel Wasser führt, bildet er eine wunderschöne Kulisse in einer traumhaften Jungle-Umgebung.
Auf dem Weg zum Cache kommt ihr bei einem fast schon luxeriösen Getränkestand vorbei. Dort kann man sich mit Wasser, Soda oder Softtrinks auf Hin- oder Rückweg stärken. Rund um das kleine Häuschen gibt es große Welse, Kois und andere Fische zu bewundern.
Sollte am Getränkestand niemand anwesend sein, werft einfach mal einen Blick in das Gelände gegenüber. Wenn euch die Besitzer erspähen, kommen sie recht schnell angeeilt. Des weiteren könnt ihr auf den letzten Metern des Weges ein Haus sehen, welches scheinbar zu einer Kokos-Farm gehört. Wenn ihr Glück habt, könnt ihr dort die Affen sehn, welche scheinbar die Nüsse ernten.
Aber nun zum Cache:
Als wir auf dem Rückweg vom Verstecken noch eine Cola tranken und erste Notizen zum Cache machten, wollten wir auch die Koordinaten aus dem GPS übernehmen, da die Batterien schwach waren. Die gute Frau vor Ort wollte uns gern helfen. Zu unserem Entsetzen mussten wir feststellen, dass die Finalkoordinaten nicht mehr im GPS sind. Es existieren nur noch die Aufzeichnungen der alten Dame. Vielleicht könnt ihr ja damit etwas anfangen...

After we (Mieze and me) did almost all caches on Koh Samui and visited a lot of places with many tourists, now it was time to do something by our own and discovering the inner and the other Samui.
When we leave the mainroad in Nathon to follow the mysterius plate "Zong Raue Waterfall", all the hustels and bustels have been forgotten in the moment. The people we met in this area showed us the way to the waterfal and told us many interesting things about landscape and inhabitants.
The aim of the trip is the Zong Raue Waterfall. Until today it was unknown for us. Nevertheless there is no much water inside at the moment, it is a wonderful place in an interesting jungle environment.
On the way to the cache you will see a little bar where you can get some drinks. Round the little house there is a garden pond with mud cats and other fishes.
If there is nobody in the bar, do not hesitate to look in the garden on the opposite site of the street. In the case the owner will recognize you, he will come very quickly. In addition you can see another house on the way left hand side wich maybe belongs to a Cocosfarm. There are pigs, chicken and if you are a lucky man you can see the apes who helps them to harvest the coconuts.
But now let´s talk about the cache:
When we was on the way back from hiding the box and were drinking a coke and making some notice, we also tried to notice the coordinates from GPS. Because of the battery was low, the women in the bar would like to help us and so she write also some notice. But when we arrived at home we found out that the final coordinates are no longer in the GPS and the only existing information are the signs from the old women.
