Muggles will be present most of the time, but you should still be able to retrieve it using stealth. Be sure not to draw attention to the cache so the muggles don't see it.
beejay&esskay got me interested in geocaching talking about it all the time at work.
He has helped me a bunch. He helped me pick out my gps and showed me how to use it. He has helped me with using geocaching.com and GSAK in addition to answering many questions about finding and hiding a cache.
The latest macro he shared with me shows you the tenth of a mile radius caches in your database take up. It is used to show you where you have available space to hide a cache. That is how I found I still had room in this park for one more therefore made it a tribute to beejay&esskay.
He finished filling in his grid with all 366 days on February 29th. He also surpassed 7,000 finds this year. His main focus seems to be county finds. At the time of this cache hide, he has found every county in 13 states and the District of Columbia. Check out his profile with all the counties as he takes trips and stops and gets finds in counties along the way.
Update June 2020 he has found over 13000 caches and now has found all counties in 29 states!
