Cache is available 24/7, but during the day M-F there might be some chronologically mature muggles close by. Cache is only a couple feet from the road, but not quite wheel chair assessable. BYOP. Have phun!
Note added 8/22/12: Please, when posting the description about your find, don't put spoilers in your log that might give the next person an unfair advantage. I really do love to hearing about your expereince (the only reward for those who take the time to put caches out), but don't ruin this one for the next cacher. Thanks!
