Geocache Description:

This is a unique cache hidden in Joe Stala Park in Neshanic which is designated as Open Space. Park at the listed coords in the paved parking lot and follow the somewhat mowed trails to a smaller trail to reach the cache location. The log itself is located inside what the Odd Ogg might eat and there is also a container for small trade items and that also holds the pen.

This is our 3rd cache hidden in this park. You will be looking for a small carved trail off the main trail to get to the cache location.

The Odd Ogg container was created by my brother for all to see and enjoy the ART of geocaching! The Odd Ogg for those of you old enough to remember will be easy enough to spot, but those of the younger generation may need to google in order to find out what it actually is.

The log itself is located inside what the Odd Ogg might eat and there is also a container for small trade items and that also holds the pen. There will be a little bushwhacking necessary to get to the cache. There are 2 $1 lottery tickets for FTF and other little goodies for kids.

Please feel free to tell us your Odd Ogg memories, if any! And also if you want to post a picture of the log container, that would be fine. But please don't post a picture of the Odd Ogg, let that be a secret!

Hunting is allowed on this property from September-February, so please wear bright orange if you go geocaching within that timeframe.
