Welcome to Orland CA. A small town with a proud history and bright future. While you're searching for this cache, have a look around. To the west you'll see the Orland water tower, which was recently lit up for better visibility at night. The street directly to the south is hwy 32 leading to Chico. On the other side of hwy 32 is downtown Orland with its' many shops. Feel free to have a look around.
The cache you're looking for is an urban cache. It's an easy terrain, it is a micro containing a logbook only. BYOP. Because of the location, this is a high muggle area, so excersise caution. Enjoy.
