This is another cache is my "Get Launched" series of caches. Tree Lake is a quiet lake and has a nice boat landing. Pederson Park across the lake does NOT have a boat landing even though many maps show it having one. This is where the Boat landing is located. Enjoy.
It was a few weeks ago when I decided to try and give this lake a look to see if it was worth fishing. It was supposed to contain Bass, Northern Pike, and Crappies. We were only able to catch crappies the first time I fished it but they were nice sized. The day I placed the cache, I still only caught crappies but I did see a nice Northern laying in the shallow water under weeds near the boat landing. I just didn't catch any "big" fish either day.
