Geocache Description:

Parking won't be a problem for the cache. BUT, you will need to be on-site to gather the hints needed to solve the puzzle. Coordinates require a decimel correction from the listed coordinates to the final. You will have to count the number of lights in the parking structure (not visible from space).

Columns run N-S, Rows run E-W. Rows give you the correction to the south, Columns give the correction to the West. The lights are under the deck, number of rows and columns refer to the number at the widest areas (the highest number of rows or columns you see). The Cache is not on or in the building.

Correction to Latitude. =  (-0.007 X # rows of lights)
Correction to Longitude = (+0.007 X # columns of lights)

i.e. N 42* 33.643 + (-0.007 x # rows) = new Latitude (negative, go south)
W 083* 08.461 + (0.007 x # columns) = new Long (positive, move west)

*****NOTE: due to some disagreement with some folks about rows vs columns and my N-S notes. You could potentially drive down a row to count the number of columns, but if you tried to drive under a column of lights you would likely crash*****
Apparently the builders of this office part wanted all the residents to be able to park in the shade, as the amount of parking created by this parking structure far surpasses the occupancy of thes three buildings. In working in this area for nearly 20 years, I can say that this deck has never really seen much use on the upper level.

In our younger days we would play roller hockey up here, although it was frowned upon. You should have no issues finding an open spot on the upper deck which can improve the over all appeal of this as a park-n-grab, but you will need to do the appropriate amount of site scouting (although from the car if you like).  You will be in nearly clear view of just about any body while making this grab, however I suppose if you look TOO stealthy that is what raises attention.

Once you figure out the math, you should be able to easily make the find.  I admit it is not too hard of a puzzle, but I did try to make it so you could not presolve the clues from the Satellite imagery or Street View. The Cach box is a small sandwich sized plastic box, wrapped in Black Duct tape. P.S. If you want to Send a TB to Europe, leave me a note as well. If I can I will launch it to Europe. I am there every month.
