Geocache Description:

This cache is a small TIC TAC type container and does not contain a writing utensil so you will want to bring something to write with.

This cache is part of the Harry Potter book series of caches.  There are 7 caches in all each named after a book in the series. Each cache is tied to that Harry Potter book by either the cache itself or the location, store, building or other feature in which it is hid. Each Harry Potter Reader hint will give you a clue as to how it is tied to the book and where it might be hid.  The cache names are:

Ø  Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone (GC3RRXN)

Ø  Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secret’s (GC3RVCM)

Ø  Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (GC3RVD0)

Ø  Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (GC3RVDM)

Ø  Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (GC3RVEE)

Ø  Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (GC3RVG1)

Ø  Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (GC3RVGP)

There are 7 caches in all; the first 6 caches are micro caches, each with their own geocache ID number and log page.  The entire series will give you 7 cache logs; however, to find the final cache “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows” you will need to find the first 6 caches of the series.  Each of the first 6 caches contain a laminated card with a letter and a number to complete the final cache, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows”.  There will be two hints given for each cache, the first one at the end of the description which will serve as a hint for Harry Potter fans, as those who have not read the series may have difficulty understanding the hint, thus, the second hint will be an encrypted hint in plain language.
