Night Runzz Mystery Cache

This is a night cache designed to be done in two steps. The first step can be done before dark.
The posted coordinates will lead you to a dog tag with coordinates to a trail of light tacks. This step is located near a cache friendly business. While you do not have to enter the business, be aware the owners of the business are watching you. They are looking forward to seeing you hunt up the dog tag.
The light tacks will lead you to the final. One light tack means straight ahead, two light tacks means turn here. Three light tacks means you have located the final.
Please do not attempt to follow the light tacks during the daylight hours.
This is no longer a chirp cache. But feel free to go ahead and go to GC3BCC2 and say howdy to Mrs Buzz's brother Ben.
