Just a quick little hide near the Contact Station in the McKeldin Area of Patapsco State Park. This park is Cache In Trash Out, so please be sure to grab a few trash bags from the supply located nearby. Patapsco Valley State Park, along with all Maryland State Forests and Parks, participates in the "Trash Free Parks Program." All trash must be bagged and removed from the park after each visit.
Cache is a small sized lock'n'lock container containing a stashnote explaining geocaching and a few logsheets, but no writing utensil so BYOP. It should be a quick find. Park personnel know of this cache, so please do not worry.
This cache is DNR approved and is hidden in the McKeldin Area of Patpasco State Park. There is a modest fee to enter the park: $2 per person in-state, $3 per person out-of-state. Please park in the parking lot near the Contact Station and walk to ground zero.
