Lindbergh Lake Beach Cachin' Traditional Cache
Lindbergh Lake Beach Cachin'
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
The cache is located just off the beach/shore of Lindbergh Lake. The name of the lake was changed from Elbow Lake to Lindbergh Lake in 1927, in honor of Charles Lindbergh's visit to the lake that year. This is a great place for boating, camping, hiking and more.
There are many ways to access the cache, one of which being the campground just up the hill from the cache, or by a quick boat ride from the boat ramp in the main campground. The beach by the cache is very kid-friendly with sand and a nice shallow shore with a gradual decent into the lake. Please try to post a pic or two, there are some great views to be had. Have fun!
