There is the trail head 分かれ道 to the Iron Tower 鉄塔 at the listed coordinates and no physical container.

Follow the trail all the way up to the final coordinates where you can find a huge iron tower for electric power transmission. The cache is well hidden at one of the big legs of the tower. Look for "Kansai GA" trade mark.
