Geocache Description:


The Sioux Empire Fair grounds were originally donated by Mrs. Winona A. Lyon in 1938 with the stipulation that the grounds only be used "specified displays of farm produce, livestock and crafts could be exhibited, and 4-H Clubs and Home Extension work could be demonstrated. Provision is also made for the entertainment of the public with amusements of various kinds. Since then you can find the fair grounds being used for it's intended purpose and every August it's fair time! So grab your corn dog, lemonade and fried twinkies and have fun looking for this cache. Just remember to use stealth and around fair time, watch your step when looking for this cache.
