Der Einstieg zu der Suche befindet sich an einem kleinen Parkplatz an einer Nebenstraße der Küstenstraße südlich von Neos Marmaras. Mit dem Auto verlässt man die Küstenstraße aus Richtung Norden kommend ca. fünf Kilometer hinter Porto Carras rechts am Abzweig Hotel Likithos/Stavros Camping etc. Man fährt bis zum Ufer, biegt dort rechts ab und fährt immer geradeaus bis zum Startpunkt. Dort angekommen, gelangt man über einen kleinen Erdhügel und an einer Schranke vorbei auf das Gelände von Porto Carras, einer Hotelanlage, die Anfang der 1970er Jahre vom griechischen Reeder Giannis Carras gebaut wurde. Das Gelände ist zwar privat, die Nutzung zum Wandern und Radfahren ist jedoch erlaubt. Der Weg zum Cache führt entlang der vielen wunderschönen Buchten mit glasklarem Wasser und grobkörnigem Sand, an denen das Baden zwar laut zahlreicher Schilder offiziell verboten ist, an denen aber immer wieder Badende zu sehen sind. Auf der Landseite ist auf einer Anhöhe die ehemalige Villa des Reeders zu sehen, der Meerblick führt zur Schildkröteninsel.
