Geocache Description:

Dale is first introduced as one of the survivors in the camp that Lori and Carl are staying which is located on the outskirts of Atlanta, and is also the owner of the camp RV.  During his trip to Atlanta for safety, he had picked up the sisters Andrea and Amy.
