The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates - in fact - you can't go there! The full final coordinates can be derived from the picture below.

Six years ago I placed the original Fairbairn Forest cache in this forest… It lasted a few years, but then the Department of Defence decided they needed to increase the size of their Military target area, and my cache was suddenly “out of bounds”!

Well, it's been revamped and replaced! Fairbairn Forest is a dark and dangerous place! Take one wrong step, and your life could be in danger! In fact, seeing that the surrounding area here is concerned with death - I decided to base this puzzle on life! And besides – I like pine forests… .


Please note – the gates to this area are controlled by the paintballers! They lock up as soon as they are finished – so be careful if you take your car through a gate, it can be locked at any time without notice!
