Barcaldine is on the main route for travellers from Central and Sothern QLD that are bound for the Northern Territory and the Gulf of Carpenteria. This said there is always a steady stream of travelling folk, be it the grey nomads that are spending the kids inheritance or the holidaying familys or young folk looking for that outback experience.
On arrival to town you will instantly notice the numerous pubs, motels and Inns available to rejuvinate the weary traveller.
This cache resides near one such Inn. The name of which is hidden in the name of this cache.
It's hiden in a spot that you would know as a property boundary but they used to tie their horses to it as well.
Happy Hunting. Left a Barcaldine badge to start the fun.
