The owners would obviously like to have some idea of numbers and particularly those who want to eat, so it would help if you could indicate if you expect to eat in your ‘Will Attend’ logs.
We will be situated at the back of the pub to the left of the bar. There is an outside seating area overlooking the cricket pitch, but I doubt whether the weather will play ball and be sunny! There is a small car park and a huge supermarket car park (3 hour limit) is within stumbling distance so parking shouldn't be a problem. Children are very welcome if supervised. If you wish to take up the pub’s offer of a free children’s meal with a full priced adult meal, please note this must be ordered before 7pm.
The Surrey events have been inspired by the success of the Sussex and Hampshire meets and are nominally held on the fourth Thursday of every month. They are organized by local cachers and can be held anywhere in the county of Surrey. There will be the normal opportunity to swap and discover Travel Bugs and Geocoins. It's a great way to meet fellow cachers and share caching stories (or even pick up a few hints for those puzzles).
There are plenty of nearby caches, one almost in view from the pub!
