Het gebied Woensel-Noord is ingedeeld in vier wijken en 21 buurten.

Blixembosch-West is een buurt in de wijk Aanschot, in het stadsdeel Woensel-Noord in de Nederlandse stad Eindhoven.

Blixembosch is gebouwd op voormalige akkergronden en bestaat na gefaseerde nieuwbouwplannen van de gemeente Eindhoven uit verschillende buurten.

De grondvesten van de buurt dateren van de eind jaren '80 toen er werd begonnen met de bouw van Blixembosch 1 (Blixembosch-West), bestaande uit de Diamantenbuurt.

The area Woensel-Noord is divided into four districts and 21 neighborhoods.
Blixembosch-west is a neighborhood in the District of Aanschot, in the city part Woensel-Noord in the Dutch city of Eindhoven.

Blixembosch is built on former agricultural land and, after phased construction plans of the Eindhoven city-council, consists of several neighborhoods.

The foundations of the neighborhood date back to the late 1980s when it started with the construction of Blixembosch 1 (Blixembosch-West), consisting of the diamond district.
