Did you ever get the feeling that you are at the highest point in the world? This is a small lock-and-lock container camoflouged to match.
This is placed near the end of the road (There is more, but I haven't ventured further past the water tower). There is ample parking within feel of the cache. I placed this cache here because it is a very unusual, out of the way area that you wouldn't have visited if it weren't for this cache! There is some started swag as well as a FTF prize.
