How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

This is a cache & dash on way to hike Crystal Trail, a part of the Kirkpatrick Trail System. Or a trail to Ring the Peak, as in Pikes Peak. You will need to carry your water. There is no potable water along trails, creek & reservoir water is NOT safe. Don’t drop any cig buts on our trails. This cache is approximately 3 miles from southern edge of the Waldo Canyon burn area.

You can park within 25 ft. of this cache on private property. So let’s be respectful, permission is given.

There is a puzzle once the location is found. You must move a peg or two that are round. If you have a mind that is keen, then zoom the cache and the log will be seen.

The cache contains a log book, pencil, disclaimer, and usual items for trade. 5 feet high. This cache is not attached to the house or walkways. It is closer to the street, so truly a cache & dash.

Congratulations to the 3 WilliamsKidz on FTF.
