Ft. St. Clair is a beautiful park in Eaton. It is my desire to fill it with geacaches for you to enjoy during your visit.
This is #10 in this series as I was given a challenge by beejay&esskay as to if the fort was really full. It is located way off the beaten path towards the back of the park.
The 3 difficulty is for getting to it. Once you get to the GZ it shouldn't be too difficult to find. The best way there may not be as the crow flies so look around for a better way to the GZ. You are looking for a smaller version of #5.
The 3 terrain is because it may be more difficult in the spring and in summer and I did see a place for water to flow through that is currently dry.
The road through the park is open from April through October. They sometimes adjust the dates a little. If the park road is closed, there are places to park at the exit of the Fort. You can also find places in the cemetery across the street to park. Do not park along Camden Road or in Whisper Way.
As always let me know if the log is getting full or needs maintenance. Report DNF's so I know if there is a problem or if I need to raise the difficulty. Do your best to put it back in the same spot.
