Welcome to the March meeting of Geocachers of the Midlands (GCOM). Our meeting events are open to cachers of ALL LEVELS. As a new cacher, this is the best place to come to learn more about this new activity your have discovered. For cache veterans, it’s great for swapping stories and welcoming new faces.

As most of you know I am a math teacher. I had always considered hosting a Pi Day event to honor the most famous irrational number Pi. Pi is the ratio of a circle's circumference to its diameter and rounds to 3.14 so on March 14 we celebrate it by eating pie, in this case pizza pie! There are other options and I'm going to try my baking skills out and bake us up some pie for dessert. If anyone else wants to bring a home cooked pie just let me know.

Please log a Will Attend with the number of people so we I can let the folks at the restaurant know so they can adequately serve us.
