aslag: Received an email from a State Park official stating in part:
"We have seen too many negative comments on the watch list regarding placement of this cache. Comments like walking along the road, bush whacking, caught in barbwire, etc.
I'm asking for you to contact me so we can set up a permit for it and agree on an alternative hiding spot. You are required to have a permit from the land owner. Please respond within the next 30 days or I will contact geocaching.com to archive this cache."
Although this cache is not located on State Park property it appears the park believes it is and they are on the receiving end of some complaints (watch list?) so I've decided to remove and archive this cache.
