Geocache Description:

This cache has been placed here in recognition of the sacrifice these brave men made. PLEASE DO NOT remove anything from the memorial, the cache IS NOT hidden there. A shortish walk to a memorial site of two WW2 polish spitfire pilots whose planes came down in this area in April 1941. Take a minute to read the information and reflect on the beauty of this part of the country that these lads helped to protect.
