Waffles - it's what's for breakfast. And lunch. And dinner.

However, it is a great place to get waffles. Final location is within two miles of the posted coordinates.


This is just a regular puzzle, nothing special about it - just an expression of my intense dislike for all these impossible puzzles people put out. Convert the clue below to a phrase or sentence, and then use the second part to retrieve the final coords. You might want to phone a friend to help figure out the code/cipher/translation, possibly a computer geek. We geeks need friends too, so it would be almost like a little bit of charity work on your part. Okay, enough with all the hints:
