This geocache is a quick park and grab. Quick yes, but extreme stealth is required. Cache is container and log only, so bring a pencil or pen plus an extraction tool might be necessary.
In an area full of lawyers and criminals I thought a cache might be a good change of pace. Jared Franklin and Peter Bash would do the real world of the Justice System a world of good! But alas, they are fictional and can only help in spirit and inspiration to it's watchers. Franklin And "Cache" has become one of my favorite shows on television.
Let this cache give you a good reason to come down to Historic Downtown Toms River instead of just the dreaded Superior Court and County Jail! Also, maybe this cache will open peoples minds to 1 of the better shows I have seen in awhile.
Happy hunting and please use extreme stealth as this area is teeming with lawyers, alleged criminals, students, and just everyday average Muggles!
