Geocache Description:

In the heart of the beautiful Dedham Vale lies the charming hamlet of Flatford, the location for some of John Constable's most famous paintings including ‘The Hay Wain’.

This is the first series of Flatford Mill geocaches to guide you around one of the many beautiful walks  through this stunning area. There are some beautiful mature trees and great views looking back to Flatford Mill. This is a great hide for children to find and exchange swops. I hope you enjoy it.

***PLEASE PLEASE REPLACE SO IT IS HIDDEN, RECENT LOGS ARE SUGGESTING THE CACHE HAS BEEN LEFT OR EXPOSED IN SOMEWAY. IF THE CACHE IS NOT REPLACED PROPERLY IT WILL BE MUGGLED AND ITS CONTENTS STOLEN.*** This walk takes around 35 minutes at present.
