Geocache Description:

The Cleave is a shortcut which locals take by bike or foot to get from the main road to/from Didcot at the bottom of Blenheim Hill through into the heart of the village. You can also approach this cache from the Kings Lane end of The Cleave which is best for those coming by car. Parking is limited but hopefully you will find a spot not too far away from the path.

There is a little stream running through here. As a child I took this path to get to school and on hot days would get in the stream on the way home. Sadly, folks have fenced in the stream to become part of their garden. I was gutted at this. There is a small section of water and a little bridge still available and this is where I have hidden the cache.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         The cache container is a Dr Who pencil cache inside a camouflaged bag. Please hide carefully again. It has recently been muggled and replaced. Thank you.
