It is that time of year again! This year the picnic will held at Hugh Moore Park aka: The geopark!
Time: 11:30-3:00
This is a rain or shine event.
This is a bring your own picnic food event.
We will be having a chinese auction. If you have anything you would like to donate for it please let me know before hand so that I can try to have the bags already made up. The auction will be held at 2pm.
WHAT IS A GEOPARK? Several members of Lehigh Valley Geocachers volunteered to hide interesting and unusual caches in a small, concentrated area. We call this zone a “GeoPark.” SPECIAL FEATURE: One Busy Day The GeoPark showcases several different types of caches, including: Letterbox, Multi-cache, Wherigo, Earthcache, and others. If you plan your visit just right, you may fulfill the requirements of a “One Busy Day” cache--finding 6 different types of caches in 1 Day. Those attending Lehigh Valley Geocachers Fall Picnic 2012 qualify for an Event Cache, one of the six cache types. (Only five more caches to go!)
