This is a small container, but be careful, legend states that this site may be haunted.. and the locals say this cache has magical properties!
The most difficult thing about this cache, by far, is being stealthy amongst a miriad of muggles. I would suggest the best time to do this cache is after 7pm. It slows down to a crawl by that point.

Colton Foster is a paralyzed circus performer who delights and amazes children all over the world! Unfortunately, he has a secret fear of ghosts and bears!
Very few people know this, but the neighbouring building to this cache once held the office of Full Tilt Poker -- a most notorious criminal organization. Recently, the CEO was arrested for ponzi schemes, and ripping off their customers to the tune of $400,000.
Full Tilt moved away from this office years and years before their legal problems; however, nobody knows the REAL reason why.
The truth is, they found that the office was HAUNTED BY EVIL SPIRITS and decided to move locations to New Westminster.
