Viking grave from approx 200 a.c. Multiple findings (gold, coins,..) from the grave is stored on museum.
Great nature and view from this area. You should take the walk out to the lightning house seen from the point.
Eilifrøysa har fått sitt navn fra Eliv jarl, som levde 1500 e.k, altså lenge etter at vikinggraven ble opprettet, i bronsealderen. Det finnes mange objekter fra utgravingen, tilgjengelig på Bergen museum.
Flere funn gjort her bl.a gullring og medaljonger.
