Kitesurfers' Paradise is thé place to be on Curacao to watch kitesurfers in action.
You can even take lessons or go Kitesurfing yourself if you know how.
In the distance you can see the windsurfers' clubhouse and them in action.
It is a VERY nice location to go and do a walking tour through the mangroves and natural bay area !
There's another cache approx. 900m nearby (GC1EM14)
To get there you need some sort of transport like a car or rent a bycicle.
This location is very near to the Kitesurfers' hangout.
Please take your time and sit on top of the hill on the bench and enjoy the view and spectacles !!
If you are lucky, you might even find them having a spontanious BBQ in the weekend from 17:00 onwards. Just join them if you like. Take your own booze and food though.
Cache is very easy to find. Please when placing back, make sure the lid on it is well secure and lodge it slightly so that it does not get washed away with heavy rainfall.
Please feel free:
- to add / take out things from the cache. Rule is that if you take something, you have to replace it with something else.
- When placing something EARTHLY in the cache, make a wish for yourself and keep it to yourself. You never know what these "Special Powers" might bring to you !!
At time of placing (10-8-'12) the cache, I have included a Travelbug (nr. O3QJ3Z) I found in elsewhere on Curacao on 3-8-'12. Feel free to take it with you and hide it at another cache. Please DO NOT FORGET to LOG this.
Please ensure the cache is securely sealed when placing it back so that weather can't get to it.

PLEASE TAKE WITH YOU A BAG AND COLLECT ALL THE (PLASTIC) RUBBISH YOU MIGHT FIND ALONG YOUR WALK BACK (so you don't have to carry the trash there and back) SO THE ISLAND KEEPS CLEAN AND ENJOYABLE FOR ALL OTHERS !!
DISPOSE OF THIS BAG ONCE YOU RETURN TO BASE !
THIS RUBBISH IS OFTEN THROWN ONTO SHORE BY THE WAVES !
