Tinaroo Creek? Traditional Cache
Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
This Conservation area is a great place for bush walks and trail rides and is tucked away on the edge of an area of suburban housing. Follow the trails to visit Bunya Crossing or the Bunyaville Forest Reserve and keep your eyes peeled for wildlife. We have seen koala, walabies and multitudes of native birds in here over the years.
Popular with kids from the surrounding area (including our own), this entry point offers a quick access to explore trails and bushland nearby. The cache is located close to the entry and to the water channel which flows after heavy rainfall. I don't think it will qualify as a creek but if it did, then Tinaroo Creek would seem an appropriate name.
This cache is our first hide and hopefully will bring people to see some of the natural beauty which is tucked away in this corner of the outer suburbs of Brisbane.
Cache is a 1Ltr Systema container which is good for swops and has a FTF Geocoin for the lucky first.
