Geocache Description:

Let me think about this...a cache directly across the street from the police station.  Of course! This is not meant to tax the brain but stealth is required. This is on private property with the owners permission.  There is no reason both feet need to leave the sidewalk to make the grab.

I wish I did not have to put a note like this on my cache description but a cacher has overstepped their bounds. If you cannot find the cache, post a DNF and move on. Do not go into the business and accost the owner because you cannot find it. It is only a game. And of course the police know about the cache it is across the street from them. If you feel like you are being watched then you are not using stealth like the description states.
