This cache is situated inside a lovely campsite a few kilometers outside of Brits.
The owner and staff are aware of the cache and will allow you to visit free of charge. You will however need the code to enter the gate, so please call them on 083 608-3409 and tell them you are geocachers wanting to visit the cache. You can park at S25° 34.668, E27° 45.717 and start you hike from there (Follow the Bosveldkiaat trail), or drive up to the reception area and start your hike from S25° 34.352 E027° 45.314
Follow the well-marked trail (See map in the photo gallery) to the top of the hill. The cache is on the eastern side at the foot of a beautiful Naboom (Euphorbia Ingens). It is a small watertight container with a logbook, pen and a few small items to trade.
If you follow the trail the hike will take you between 30 and 90 minutes to the top of the hill. It’s a very steep climb with lots of loose rocks, so be sure to wear your hiking boots and bring water. I would NOT recommend the climb for children under eight!!
