Ok, I’m going to admit that I’m not sure I get the planking craze.  If you're my age you may need to google it - I did.  My 20-something son came up with this name and it seemed to work for this cache.  All aboard!  My chauffer is on a strict schedule and will not wait if you’re running late!  

Should be a quick park and grab. Log only. This is a very high muggle area during the week and at times on Saturday.  Plenty of places to park.   1.5 is simply because of high muggle activity.
