Osoršćica is well-known for many caves and the most famous are St. Gaudentius' cave, located below the peak Televrina on the eastern side, and Vela Jama on the western side of Televrina. It is about 40 metres deep and remains of people were found here from about 10.000 years ago.
If you like walking and exploring, this is the right cache for you. You can approach to the cave from 2 diferent ways. First from helioport (near Antena) and second from Počivalice (Long but not so steep). The trip is quite long. You need good hiking shoes (Flip-Flops are not siutable) and drinking water. Olso don`t forget to bring light, to explore the cave!
