The series continues – Phase 2.5 This entire series will be named after some local geocachers. We apologize in advance to those geocachers who STILL haven’t got a cache named after them. Your day will come. This cache is part of Phase 2.5 of the “Grab your Cache Series”. Phase 2.5 is a new phase and is a continuation of the “London Bridge Road Forest” Phase 2. It will take you into another area of the conservation land. In Windham’s “Walking in Windham”, this entire conservation area is known as “The Gage Conservation Land”. This phase will be a bit more of a challenge both in terrain and difficulty. Phase 1 was in the Atkinson’s Sawmill Swamp Area and was a “warm up”. In phase 2 the difficulty was to find a place to park, how to get to the trail heads, not get lost during the bushwhacking and then get back to the car. All we can say about phase 2.5 is the containers are Lock and Lock style (MAYBE), are placed close to a trail (MAYBE), and are kid friendly (ANOTHER MAYBE). Always wear orange during hunting season and bring bug spray. If you have a fond or funny memory about the “cache named” person, include it in your log entry along with any pictures.
