I can't wait to see what people bring for trade! Mention in your note what kinds of items you'll be bringing and what you'll be hoping to find. I tried to pick a convenient time and location for those attending the Earthcache Mega, Eartha's Flashmob, and the Germany Goes West meet-n-greet. If you need chairs and a table, please indicate in your note. It's apt to be an old TV tray and a stump to sit on, so you should BYO if you are able! There is an outhouse onsite, and a Team Richards cache on the fairgrounds. Free bag of swag for the first 40 teams ~ one per team/family please. There will be fun and games with excellent prizes. Feel free to be creative and horn in with displays and activities to make this a fun afternoon for all.
