The Cache Code series

In this series of puzzle caches, the real coordinates of each cache are revealed by a sequence of cache icons. Each of the five different icons represents something unique. This something is the same in the north and east coordinates, but will of course be different for different puzzles.

North and East

Some information to get you started:

• The puzzle uses a cipher that is somewhat related to the final location of Cache Code #2.
• The effective keyword length is equal to the sum of the digits in the East coordinate of the final location of Cache Code #1.
• The cache is located within 800 meters of the final location of Cache Code #3.
• The square that I've used is the plain one with alphabetic ordering.
• The text contains fifteen digits, and nothing else.
