The Nerdfrogs love hiking around Burnaby Mountain and my kids have been travelling these trails since before they could walk. Those not familiar with Burnaby Mountain, it is a forest in the middle of the city! Burnaby Mountain trails are popular with mountain bikers, so always keep an eye out for them and step off the trail if you hear them coming - especially on the weekends. Trails here are steep in sections and rough in places, but make for a really fun and vigorous hike, even for young kids. For those who have read this far, here is an additional hint: uphill side of path, tuck it back in well and ensure it's covered from sight. As always, please watch for muggles before and during cache grab and always make sure to replace the cache container as you found it or better.
