It's All Logical - Clue Cache #8

Clue Cache #8 is found in Broadway, Virginia at the confluence of the North Fork of the Shenandoah River and Linville Creek, however there is no need to be near the river to grab this cache. Cache is located at the Town of Broadway water station. Please avoid caching during the night hours.
